How does it work to book a room?
You can book online via our reservations tool. You can find it on our own website www.3starshotels.be.
Which information do I need to give in order to book a room?
Some information as follows are required: credit card references (number and expiration date) and your personal identity information.
What does « Cash & Sleep » mean?
The “Cash & Sleep” promotion offers you to book online and enjoy preferential rates. Then using the “Cash & Sleep” promotion, you will be requested to pay online. This reservation cannot be cancelled nor reimbursed in case of modification.
What is included in the rates state on the website?
All our prices are per room and per night, breakfast and city tax are not included.
Is there a preferential rate for children?
Below three years old, the night of your children is free of charge in all our hotels.
Do I need to guarantee my stay during the reservation process?
While booking, you will be requested to give your credit card number and the expiration date. This will be the guarantee of your stay. In case of no-show, this credit card will be used to charge the amount of the first night.
Will I get a confirmation for my reservation?
If you booked via our own reservation tool, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail when the process has been completely executed.
If you booked via an external website, please contact this website in order to get your confirmation.
May I change my reservation?
You can change your reservation by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. If you choos the “Cash & Sleep” promotion, no change is possible.
May I cancel my reservation?
The Standard reservation may be cancelled by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your e-mail has to reach us till 3pm the day before your arrival. In case of late cancellation, the first night will be charged.
The Cash & Sleep promotion may be cancelled but not refundable.
C. Invoice :
How my I settle my invoice?
If you choose the Standard reservation, you pay while checking in or checking out at the reception desk.
If you choose the Cash & Sleep promotion, you book at a preferential rate and pay while booking by credit card. In case of modification or cancellation, the amount paid is not refundable.
Is it possible to receive an invoice before my stay?
The invoice will only be available at the time of your check-out. If the invoice has to be addressed to a company, please mention this information as soon as possible.
Should I need a copy of my invoice, who do I have to ask?
Please send an email to email@example.com with your personal identity information and the details of your stay. A copy of your invoice will then be sent to you.
D. Check-In / Check-Out
What time is the Check-in ?
Check-in is possible as from 3pm. Our reception desks are open 24 hours a day. In case of Late Check-in, please contact the hotel.
What time is the Check-Out?
Check-out has to be executed before 11am.
In case of Early Check-out, breakfast will be available as from 7am in the breakfast room.
E. Hotel :
Is it possible to eat/drink something in the hotel?
Unfortunately, no restaurants are in the hotel. Nevertheless, lots of restaurants are at short walk from the hotel. Max Hotel will offer you Vending Machines where you can find all kind of drinks and snacks.
Are-you equipped to welcome disabled?
Our hotels (except Max Hotel) may welcome disabled in some of their room. We invite you to make a special request to the reservation department by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are pets welcomed ?
Our hotels do not accept pets or any kind of animals.
May I leave my luggage at the reception desk?
You can leave your luggage at the reception desk after your departure. Then you can enjoy your day in Brussels.
In the Max Hotel, lockers room is at your disposal at a price of € 2,00 on the first floor.
What can I do if I leave something in my room after my departure?
You can contact us via e-mail email@example.com. We will then answer your request.

Les prix varient en fonction du type de chambre que vous choisissez et de la période.
What type of rooms do you have ?
All our rooms have the same equipment. Single differences are related to the bed size:
- Single Room: a single bed
- Double Room: a double bed
- Twin Room : two single beds
Rates vary from the type of room and the requested period.
May I smoke in my room?
It is possible to have a smoking or non-smoking room. In order to respect your meets, please feel free to ask your preferences at the reception desk.
Is it possible to have a baby cot in my room?
Aris, Alma & Astrid hotels offers free of charge baby cots. Please contact the reservation department firstname.lastname@example.org before your arrival.
Is it possible to have an additional bed in my room?
It is possible to add an extra bed in your room, except in the Max Hotel, if requested in your reservation. A fee of € 30,00 will be added to the room night rate.
Do I need to bring shampoo, showergel ?
Towels are in your room. Alma, Aris & Astrid hotels offer you shampoo & showergel.
Is it possible to be more than two in a double bed?
Should you wish to be more than two in a double bed, please contact us for an additional bed in your room.

Our lounge is tucked away on the ground floor of the hotel and encompasses our concept of "Grab&Stay". With its cosy and relaxing decor, this is the perfect space for those who want to have a good time, have something to eat and surf the Internet free of charge.
You will find a wide range of snacks, pastries, sandwiches and hot drinks, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, all within a price range of 1 to 4 €.

Does the hotel have a Wifi ? Is it free of charge?
Wifi is available in all our rooms. You can buy your ticket at the reception desk or in the Vending machines of the Max hotel. Watch out our Wifi does not work with tablets.
Do you have a Business Center ?
A computer is available with an internet access in all our hotels.

How can I get to the hotel from Zaventem Airport ?
To reach the hotel, you can take the subway or a cab. You will find below a map in order to facilitate to localization of our hotels.

What is the taxi fare from the airport to the center of Brussels?
Fare is about approximately € 50,00
How can I reach the hotel from Brussels South Charleroi Airport?
Shuttles are available from the airport to Brussels South Station.
When you arrive in Brussels South Station, call a cab or take the subway. For Aris & Alma, you should get off at stop “ Gare Centrale”, for Astrid you should get off at “De Brouckère” and for Max Hotel at “Rogier”.
What is the nearest train station ?
Brussels South Station for Alma, Aris & Astrid.
Brussels North Station for Max.
What are the nearest subway stops from your hotels?
In order to have all information relative to the Brussels subway, we invite you to go on www.stib.be.

How can I reach the hotel from the nearest train station?
We invite you to get off in Brussels North Station or Brussels South Station. Then you can reach our hotel on foot or with the subway (please refer to 5.)

Do you have a car park ?
Astrid hotel offers you a car park. The fee for a day is about € 15,00. The other hotels of our groupe does not offer a car park. Nevertheless, public car parks are next to our hotels.
